Ordering FAQ's
Q: How quickly are the photographs available after the event?
A: We aim to post the photographs up within 3 days. If you register your email address with us or the race organizer before the race, then we will email you the photos we can identify as you.
Q: How do I find my photograph?
A: Evoke Pix is unique in allowing you the widest possible search method:
- By your specific information (race number or surname)
- Or by browsing and using our filtering system (by gender, wetsuit make, or colour top etc).
Due to the nature of triathlon, often swim and bike shots can’t be identified as a specific athlete, so our search filters mean you have the best change of finding your pictures.
Q: Do you have photographs of every athlete at each race?
A: Whilst we do attempt to capture every single athlete, our photographers are only human and if some of you insist in riding in groups, then there will always be the odd shot we can’t get.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: For digital downloads, these are usually delivered within 7-10 days. For prints please allow 14-21 working days.
Q: I would rather not order on-line, are there alternative ways to order?
A: Yes, just call us on +44 (0) 117 325 0800 and we’ll be happy to take your order.
Q: What is the difference between an emailable download and a printable download?
A: An email download is of a quality that allows you to view the image on a computer screen, whilst a printable download is much higher resolution and will allow you to print up to an A4 sized print.
Q: How secure is your website ordering system with my credit card details:
A: We partner with Pay Pal to take on-line payments. Pay Pal is the world leader in on-line payments and their security is second to none.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Q: Do you charge postage and packing?
A: The cost of delivery depends on the size of your order and where we are sending it. This will be added to the shopping cart.

Q: Can I use my pictures for my website or any other publication?
A: Our images, including on-line proofs are all copyright Evoke Pix. If you would like to use either proofs or your purchased images then you will need our permission. Just email us at
